Giant Killer Robots (GKR) is an Academy and Emmy Award-winning visual effects boutique specializing in high-end, high resolution CGI animation. Based in San Francisco, GKR provides complete production services from preliminary creative and technical guidance to final compositing. We service all aspects of the entertainment industry. As a boutique, GKR provides clients with a hands-on/interactive work experience that emphasizes creativity while minimizing bureaucracy. Administrators and managers are kept to a minimum; there is as little interference as possible between your project and our artists. At GKR the principals are actively involved in every step of the process for every project -- from interviewing talent to on set supervision, to in studio production -- ensuring clients the highest quality product.
In the visual effects industry, expectations are constantly lifted higher and higher as each film seeks to outshine its predecessors. These expectations necessitate a team of highly skilled artists.
